It has been great blessing for Sathya with an article in "Dinamalar" Tamil daily on the January 1st, 2010 and followed by an article today January 3rd, 2010. It was topped up with a short interview and presentation report which was featured today morning at 10 Am as part of "Sabhash" programe whcih was telecast. It was a great opportunity to perform at the Sikkal Singaravelan Temple on the 22nd Oct'09. It is the day in this year marked as the day of Lord Muruga getting the weapon " Vel " from Amman to kill the demon which day is celebrated as "Surasamharam" on the sasti day i.e. 23rd Oct this year.



The concert started around 8:45pm and went on till 1130 pm and it was indeed a great presentation by Dr. Ghatam Karthick and team with Sri V.L. Kumar on Violin, Sri Poongulam Subramaniam on Mrudhangam, Sri K.V. Gopalakrishnan on Kanjeera and Sri Thirukannapuram Sowrirajan on Thavil & Morsing.

Koothanur Saraswathi Temple concert 27th Sep'09

It was indeed a great blessing for Sathya and team to have performed at Koothanur Saraswathi temple on the Saraswathi pooja day this year and we sincerely thanks the well wisher for taking so many clippings of this concert. We also thank the nadaswara Vidwan Sri Karthigeyan & team for having been there for teh concert till end and also putting thaalam throughout.
