It was so nice of Sri Ramjhi sir first to have extended an oppurtunity for Sathya and also to introduce him to the audience of Baala Brahmum of Jaya TV is such a wonderful way!

Pallassana Krishnamurthy Rama Vadhyar, Mumbai, a great well wisher of Sathya and a Carnatic music devotee! Sathya performed Ninuvina in Reethigaula set to Rupaka thalam follwoed by Karunai Deivame Karpagame in Sindhubhairavi set to Adi thalam. Please forward your opinion / comments after seeing the performance.

Sathya has appeared for the second level audition in All India Radio for Harmonium and awaiting the result of the same. However this was indeed a great oppurtunity and we hope he will get through in AIR as well!

June 05, 2012 Concert at Maha Periyava Padhugai Temple, Mylapore.

Once again the importance of divinity and its ambience prooved itself at this concert performed at Maha Periyava Padhugai Temple located in Mylapore (PS Sivaswami Salai near Nilgiris) which was enhanced by Karaikal Venkatasubramanian on Violin and Kumbakonam Swaminathan on Mrudhangam.

It was a devine ambience and the concert presented by the team of Sri. B. Ananthakrishnan on Violin, Sri. Kumbakonam Swaminathan on Mrudhangam and Sri. Pradeep on Tabla was well received by a good learned audience. Here is the link of the few videos taken during the concert.

Yugiyudan Yugiyungal with Sathya - May 04, 2012

This is one of the best talk shows and i was happy to be there in this with Sri. Rajagopalan who was indeed my first artist to help me do composing when i was around 6 years old! Yes! believe me as i did, my dad has copy of the audio cassette and the cd made out of our session and i seem to be too young! This waqs on Mother Pondicherry and yet to be released!

It was nice of him to have been to the studios with me and it was fun all through! Here in the third part i did try some thing different and thanks to the idea given by Yugi uncle, i think it came out well! I liked the show and hope too will like it!

2012 Mahasivarathri Concert at BVB for Layapriyan Sri Papanasam R Kumar

This was performed on the 20th Feb'12 with Sri. K. J. Dileep on violin, Sri Neyveli Ramkumar on Mrudhangam and Sri Saisubramaniam on Morsing. This was the effort of Sri. Layapriyan Papanasam R. Kumar who had organised it as ahendam concert series for Mahasivarathri day at Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan. Thanks also to Raj Digital plus for their efforts.

A pleasant experience at Thiruvaiyaru Saint Thyagaraja Aradhana

This year it was indeed a pleasant experience as Sathya was offered an additional number to perform after his allotted 3. Yes it was like few moments left over and this was indeed a great blessing for Sathya and the team of Ms. Rajarajeswari on Violin, Sri. Venkatasubramanian on Mrudhangam and Sri Balaji Sairam on Morsing. Here are the links of this presentation this year.

Congrats Drummer Sridhar!

Our sincere congratulations to Drummer Sridhar on his maiden attempt to make a record and succeeding  to achieve the record of playing non-stop for 24 hrs and enter in The India Book of Records! I am happy i was also extended a few minutes to perform during the show and happy to give this video which was taken around the 13th hour of this record making attempt!

We are sure this is just the beginning and wishing All the Very Best for a great future!
